Elmhurst produce first EPC for Northern Ireland
The first legally valid EPC for an existing building to be produced in Northern Ireland has been issued by a Belfast based Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) using software from Elmhurst Energy.

Elmhurst are pleased to launch the first of our EPC/DECs schemes for commercial buildings, which will further develop our range of services available to all energy assessors.
Current DEA courses and CPD events
Elmhurst have launched new DEA training courses, with discounts available to members of ARLA and NAEA, in order to assist them with the implementation of mandatory EPCs for the rental sector from Oct 2008. Also CPD for Domestic Energy Assessors fully explained and a series of seminars launched. Finally Asset Skills and CLG free road-shows to explain roll out of EPBD.
DEA Accreditation for Experienced Practitioners
Elmhurst have launched a new route for Experienced Practitioners to gain DEA accreditation.
