We are experiencing an extremely large number of phone calls to our helpline, largely because of the Home Information Pack and all that surrounds this. We are fully aware of this and the frustration this is causing; Please be assured we are answering as many calls as possible, the helpline is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00-17.00.
