Domestic Energy Assessment One Step Closer with Si Reports Ltd.
Elmhurst is pleased to announce that we have recently concluded negotiations for a 5-Year Service contract with Si Reports Ltd to supply software, DEA training, accreditation and technical support to Si Reports emerging Domestic Energy Rating services. This is the start of an exciting partnership that will see the Elmhurst and Si Reports at the forefront of the delivery of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) throughout the UK.

A key part to this partnership is that Si Reports is keen to offer existing Elmhurst customers, prospective domestic energy assessors, and qualified home inspectors a route into the forthcoming EPC market as they already have significant instructions for the provision of EPC’s in anticipation of the mandatory requirements starting 1st June 2007
Elmhurst will be announcing similar arrangements with other industry organisations including surveying practices and HIP providers over the next few months.
