Part L and SAP2005 latest

ODPM finally publish Part L for England and Wales on 15th March 2006 

The New Part L documents are now available on the ODPM website (click for link).

The Final SAP 2005 document was also published on the BRE website on 19^th October 2005 (click for link).

The documents also confirm the intention of an April 6th 2006 implementation date.

Our programmers are now producing a final version of our SAP2005 compliant software. The aim to send this to the BRE for approval; this will enable us to provide 'Approved' software to all our customers as soon as practically possible. This software will be know as Design 2006 Software.

We have hastily arranged update seminars for our existing users and we now also offering Design 2006 Accreditation training sessions. This will be the first chance to thoroughly explain the new Part L regulations and the impact these new changes will have on the house building industry.
