ELMHURST STREAMLINE SAP (3 in 1) software incorporates the fast Wizard input facility and the more detailed full SAP for greater detail and flexibility. Streamline is available in single PC, 2 PC, 3 PC, 4 PC and network systems.

Software Maintenance (Annual Agreements)
Standard upgrades of the systems are covered by annual agreements not payable until one year after purchase. The agreement keeps you constantly up to date with the latest software, manuals and forms and enables use of the helpline support. Reductions are available on extended annual agreement periods, price on request.

Formal training
Design and Streamline formal training are both single day training courses covering all aspects of completing forms and software functions through to accreditation level.
There are currently two options for training:
- Arranged at your own premises and is priced at £250.00 + VAT per delegate with a minimum charge of £1000.00 + VAT per session and expenses (equivalent to 40p per mile)
- Attending a training day at a centrally located venue, for £250.00 + VAT per person.

Surveys for Home Purchase
Self Accreditation Training (distance learnng) is available to professionally qualified surveyors RICS etc. at a cost of £60.00 + VAT per surveyor. For further details see self accreditation. The cost to process each individual survey is :
