Elmhurst have reacted to market demand with the development of a system that enables the surveyor to achieve SAP Surveyor Accreditation without the need for time consuming and expensive training courses. More professional surveyors have their SAP Accreditation registered with Elmhurst than with any other company.
The Accreditation is based on The Government approved Elmhurst Streamline SAP, a system that lends itself to easy learning, widely used by surveyors and accepted by Building Societies, Local Authorities and Housing Associations. The Streamline SAP is made easy by relying on less data collection than a full SAP with defaults derived from Elmhurst’s vast database of actual SAP surveys. Many thousands of surveyors are reaping the benefit of Elmhurst Streamline SAP particularly as the site survey takes only an extra 5 minutes, making it the markets leading Streamline SAP product.
