Elmhurst has developed a specialist service to assist builders, architects and self builders to achieve compliance in respect of Part L (Eng & Wales), Section 6 (Sco) & Technical Doc F (NI) of the Building Regulations. The Elmhurst SAP service is totally independent with no hidden extras. It is the most widely adopted SAP system by Building Control throughout UK hence there is benefit to you of submitting compatible information when seeking compliance.
From receipt of drawing (including construction of heating specifications), Elmhurst will;
- Take full quantities from plans, calculate u-values and evaluate the heating system.
- Process this information to produce a SAP and Carbon ratings & EPCs.
- Offer professional advice and guidance in altering the specification to gain compliance.
- Provide a Display Certification, mandatory that all new build properties must display their SAP rating prior to sale.
- Where necessary liase on your behalf with Building Control.

AutoCAD drawings (of any version i.e. upto release 2005). Alternatively, dxf's can be used if prefered. To minimise the size of e-mails it would be better if files are zipped.
